Terms & Conditions
The utility consultant, here after referred to as “Consultant,” agrees to provide professional consulting services to the client in the field of utility management and optimization.
The Consultant shall exercise due diligence and professional expertise to assess the client’s utility consumption, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and provide recommendations accordingly.
All information and data shared by the client with the Consultant for the purpose of the consultation shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
The Consultant’s recommendations are based on industry standards and best practices, but the client acknowledges that the implementation and outcomes may vary depending on factors beyond the Consultant’s control, such as regulatory changes or unforeseen circumstances.
The client agrees to compensate the Consultant for the services rendered at the agreed-upon rate or as stated in the mutually agreed contract. Payment terms, including invoicing and due dates, will be specified in the contract or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
