Refund Eligibility
Energy Services Provider LLC offers refunds on services provided within 60 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a written request outlining the reason for the refund.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the refund request, we will review it and notify the customer within 14 business days regarding the eligibility of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services:
Some of our services may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. For example, any custom work or consultation services that are provided are non-refundable.
Reversals and Chargebacks:
If a customer files a chargeback or reverses a payment with their financial institution, this will be treated as a breach of our refund policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback or reversal attempt and may take legal action if necessary.
